Statistical relative uniform convergence of a double sequence of functions at a point and applications to approximation theory

In the present paper, we introduce a new kind of convergence, called statistical relative uniform for double sequence functions at point, where convergence set neighborhoods given point is considered. By use investigate Korovkin type approximation theorem which makes proposed method stronger than ones studied before. After that, give an example using this convergence. We also study rate
